You’re warmly invited to a new offering: Sunday Sadhana, a quiet and contemplative evening practice designed to support rest, reflection, and inner connection.

What is Sadhana?

Sadhana is a personal spiritual practice – a time to come home to yourself through simple, consistent, mindful rituals. It’s not about performance or perfection, but about presence and heart.

These sessions will not include a physical asana practice beyond gentle joint mobilisation. Instead, we’ll focus on:

  • 🧘 Meditation

  • 💗 Metta (Loving-Kindness) meditation

  • 🔔 Sound

  • 🌬️ Subtle yogic techniques

  • 🌙 Often, a guided Yoga Nidra

If you’ve joined our Broken Biscuits morning sessions, this is a similar space – but quieter and more internal, without the asana.

Come as you are. All are welcome.

No payment is required – but if you’d like to make a donation, you’re welcome to drop something in the tin.

🧾 Booking is open online now.

As some of you know I have recently undertaken training to become a yoga therapist - this course will be taking me on a journey to deepen my practice, grow, soften and slow - there is always room for that. As a result of this I would like to offer this softer Sunday evening practice.

There will always be a metta loving kindness meditation and other practices. This is for those wishing to deepen their practice or for the curious ?

Any further questions please message me.

Booking link will be live in the next couple of days just drop me a email if you want a space.

Thank you yogis

with love

I am the storm Yoga

I am the storm found a home in 2023 at the beautiful, historic,  working,  watermill built in 1802

Climb the mill stairs to the top floor. You will be welcomed with kindness to our wonderful practice space. Occasionally the mill comes to life- shuddering and whirring - breathing along side us as we enjoy our class.

No need for you to bring anything - Just yourself - some water maybe !

We are all set to go - Yoga mats and all props you may wish for can be provided during your class.

We are an inclusive, warm, open and friendly community. We invite you to join us for a class. Letting Yoga and Well being take you on a unique journey to unite the mind, body and Soul.
