Service Description

A slower-paced, mindful practice focusing on alignment, strength and flexibility. Postures are held for longer, allowing time to explore each shape with awareness and intention. Breathwork and relaxation are woven throughout, supporting balance in both body and mind. This class is suitable for all levels and is especially beneficial if you’re looking to build a strong, steady foundation or move at a more considered pace.
