Solstice dreams !

Today I woke up at 0330 to meet a few glorious friends down at one of my absolutely favourite spots Little Eye in salthouse.

I took my three dogs which immediately wrecked the early morning peace.

It was pretty overcast to begin with so we sat and chatted, it was glorious, the least organised Solstice I have ever had. Days of not organising anything are just utter bliss.

We had to be patient today as the sun hid behind the clouds - I am literally the least patient person on the planet which is probably surprising considering I am a yoga teacher. I am really top notch at getting stuff done though so every down has its up !

We placed our hands in the sea and washed away what we no longer wanted to carry into the rest of the year, threw the ball what seemed like 1245 times for the over zealous spaniels and then retreated to our homes.

I took an easy day today popped to see my Dad for Father’s day, took them out for a spin in Freddie the Fiat and then dropped him back. He has really bad spinal stenosis bless him and it makes me feel awful watching him shoe horn himself into the back of my car. A bigger model is needed at some point - cars stress me out !

Anyway it was good to spend some time with them I have been sitting with a huge decision at the moment and even though we can still drive eachother crazy my Dad has pearls of wisdom to share. He has always been the calm presence in our household and has always had a cracking sense of humour ! My favourite coping mechanism definitely inherited his ways in some respects.

Anyway this decision needs to be made soon and the universe is most definitely at play with me currently. I am going to give myself a week, I am taking a few days off to visit my family in Essex, this lovely lot say it as it is and break up words to put swear words in the middle, I was suppose to be going to Greece this week to spend time with my teacher Miriam but actually time with my cousins and a couple of very dear trusted ex police colleagues is needed - slightly less of a spirtual experience mind.

When I get back I am planning on finding a little cabin for a couple of nights to tuck myself away and sit with this decision after all the external advice and guidance. I will get quiet and see what really drops in.

My life has been an absolute emotional rollercoaster behind the scenes for awhile now but moving and settling has been a god send. The universe does not intend for me to sit still much though let me tell you, I must have been really wicked in a previous life.

Anyway send me good vibes and energy guys it is currently really needed.

I will be sharing news very soon one way or another, in total surrender to the flow, I trust it is always conspiring in my favour even when it feels super challenging that is the biggest aspects of growth.

Happy solstice everyone

Thanks for reading 🙏🏼💫
