FAQ
Straight answers about classes, passes, the sauna and booking.
Do I need any experience to join a class?
No. All classes at i am the storm are designed to be accessible and inclusive, and beginners are welcome in every regular session. Teachers invite you to work at your own pace. If you are returning after injury or illness, please seek advice from your GP first.
How much does a class cost?
Single classes cost £10–£14 depending on the session. A ten-class pass (£80–£120) brings the per-class price down and stays valid for six months. Community sauna sessions are £15 per hour; retreat days are £30 per person.
Are mats and props provided?
Yes. Mats and all props are provided for every yoga class — just bring yourself and comfortable clothing.
How do I book and pay?
Book from the online timetable: choose your session, then either pay per class or use a class pass credit. Bookings are confirmed by email immediately.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Cancel from your account page at least 12 hours before the class starts: pass bookings get the credit back automatically, and paid bookings are refunded to the payment method you used. Within 12 hours of the class your place stays reserved and no credit or refund is given — please contact the studio if something comes up.
What is the sauna like?
A converted horsebox, wood-fired, in the wildflower meadow across the river. Community sessions seat up to 6; private bookings up to 8.
